SAKINAH is a mental health initiative dedicated to supporting Muslim individuals and families through compassionate, culturally-aware care. Rooted in both clinical expertise and community values, we offer therapy, education, and resources designed to meet people where they are — emotionally, spiritually, and culturally.

What Our Members Say

I was struggling with depression for years and felt isolated, unable to make sense of what I was going through. The MySakinah webinars changed that for me. For the first time, I understood my experience through an Islamic lens — learning about the connection between the heart, the soul, and mental well-being gave me both clarity and comfort. The knowledge I gained was not only educational, it was deeply grounding.
